• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period may incur a fee.

3. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be operated in compliance with all applicable laws and traffic regulations.

• Smoking and the transportation of pets in vehicles are strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed.

• Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was provided.

4. Insurance and Liability

• Renter must provide proof of valid insurance coverage or purchase a coverage plan from First Born Fleet.

• The renter is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the vehicle for illegal activities.

• Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.

• Use the vehicle for ridesharing, delivery services, or towing.

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

7. Intellectual Property
